Topsham Commercial was established in August 2011 following the sale of Paul Property Services residential division to the up and coming East Of Exe.
Paul Hodgson a resident of Topsham, former director of Midas Construction and owner of Paul Property Services for over 20 years decided to set up a specialist commercial division working closely with East Of Exe operating out of the former Paul Property Services premises at Church House, 61 Fore Street, in the heart of Topsham.
Although well established in the commercial sector as Paul Property Services it was felt that a new name highlighting the commercial side of the business would reduce any confusion to the public at large regarding the former combined activities of Paul Property Services
Topsham Commercial will bring a different approach to shops and restaurants in Topsham by combining the needs of investor clients requiring a good secure financial return on their investment with affordable rents for tenants. This approach has already reaped dividends in Topsham in that no readily available commercial premises are ever empty where as many other small towns have vacant premises right along their main streets. Our flexible approach means we always have a waiting list of clients for shops and restaurant / cafe premises in the Town.
